GYROKINESIS® mat stretching classes typically begin with gentle movements on a chair to warm up the spine and awaken the whole body. As the class progresses, participants move to the floor to perform more stretches, bends, rotations, and other movements, combined with specific breathing patterns to further stimulate the nervous system and improve the circulatory system.
Basic Flow Yoga
Start with warm-up poses, allowing the body to stretch and warm up in active movements. The poses will be connected through movements, allowing the body to exercise muscle strength in the flow of breathing. Finally, there will be a deep rest to stabilize the nervous system, return to the central meridian, and achieve a balance between the left and right meridians.
Basic Yoga
Starting from the foundation of yoga postures, we will introduce the alignment of body structure and the corresponding breathing so that the body can be prepared and gradually and safely enter the yoga postures for practice.
Yoga for a good sleep
Combined with yoga poses, open up tight areas, find space for the body to breathe well, relax the nervous system and tense muscles, and fall asleep well at night.
Stretching yoga
Starting from the basics of yoga postures, we will introduce the alignment of body structures, and sometimes use elastic bands to gradually stretch the tight areas of the body, and then further enter muscle group training and activation to increase body mobility.
